The Glo Membership is designed to provide ongoing medical weight management and wellness support through continuous clinical monitoring and personalized care. Membership Includes: • One monthly telehealth follow-up visit • Secure Elation Health portal messaging for non-urgent clinical questions • Ongoing medication monitoring and prescription refill management • Personalized treatment plan adjustments as clinically appropriate • Long-term metabolic health and wellness support This membership is ideal for patients seeking structured, ongoing accountability and medical guidance throughout their wellness and weight management journey. Medications, laboratory testing, and pharmacy costs are not included in the membership fee.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be non-refundable. Patients may book appointments online up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, based on availability. No-show appointments may be non-refundable. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
