Service Description
The Glo Weight Management Membership provides ongoing, provider-led medical weight management for patients enrolled in the Glo Weight Management Program. Membership Includes: • One Medical Weight Management Follow-Up visit per month • Medication management and prescription refill coordination, as clinically appropriate • Progress monitoring and personalized treatment plan adjustments • Secure patient portal messaging for routine, non-urgent treatment-related questions • Ongoing weight management and metabolic health support Membership enrollment is available after completion of an initial Medical Weight Loss Consultation and provider approval. Medications, laboratory testing, and pharmacy costs are not included in the membership fee. Membership does not guarantee a specific medication or prescription; treatment recommendations are based on individual medical needs and clinical appropriateness.
Cancellation Policy
Payment or an active membership plan, as applicable, is required to reserve your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be non-refundable. Patients may book appointments online up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, based on availability. No-show appointments may be non-refundable. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
