Comprehensive initial consultation for new patients seeking medical weight management. During your visit, we will review your medical history, weight history, previous treatments, lifestyle factors, current health concerns, and wellness goals to develop a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan. Laboratory testing may be recommended based on your medical history and clinical evaluation before prescription treatment is initiated.
Cancellation Policy
Payment or an active membership plan, as applicable, is required to reserve your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be non-refundable. Patients may book appointments online up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, based on availability. No-show appointments may be non-refundable. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
