Service Description
Establish care with Glo Metabolic Health through a comprehensive telehealth consultation with a licensed nurse practitioner. This visit includes evaluation of acute concerns, preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness support, medication review, and personalized treatment planning based on your individual healthcare needs. When clinically appropriate, laboratory testing or diagnostic studies may be recommended to support safe, evidence-based medical care and ongoing treatment management.
Cancellation Policy
Payment or an active membership plan, as applicable, is required to reserve your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be non-refundable. Patients may book appointments online up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, based on availability. No-show appointments may be non-refundable. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
