Service Description
Receive prompt medical evaluation and treatment for common acute, non-emergency health concerns through a secure telehealth visit with a licensed nurse practitioner. Common conditions include cold and flu symptoms, sore throat, sinus infections, allergies, urinary symptoms, skin conditions, pink eye, minor gastrointestinal illnesses, and other acute medical concerns. When appropriate, prescriptions, laboratory testing, referrals, or follow-up care may be recommended to support your recovery. This service is intended for non-emergency medical concerns. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, or another medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care.
Cancellation Policy
Payment or an active membership plan, as applicable, is required to reserve your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be non-refundable. Patients may book appointments online up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, based on availability. No-show appointments may be non-refundable. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
